15 June 2013 Advanced received from house property for 3 months security deposit from tenant as refundable interest fee deposit is taxable in the head income from house property.????
In which year it is taxable ///
is it need to considered in house property income.

15 June 2013 refundable security deposit is not a income so no need to pay income tax on it.
