My client is a Road and Toll Infrastructure Company. Section 80IA Tax holiday is available to the Company.
I Want to know upto which financial year tax holiday can be availed. Is there any specific amendment in the section regarding that?

Period of Tax Holiday - 10 Consecutive Assessment Years out of 15 years of commencing the business.
