Please tell me Can we File a Return of Labour Contractor in Rice Mill u/s 44AD on Preumptive Basis

as per sec 44 AD (6), the provision the sec 44 AD shall not apply to
1 persons carrying on profession asv reffeerd in sec 44 AA
2person earning income from commission and brokerage
3person carrying on agency business
as labour contactor does not fall under any of above catagory, hence provision of 44AD will apply to labour contactor.
