Mutual fund investments made by the assessee amounting to Rs. 4500000/- in a year whether treated as business of the assesseee. the assessee made investment with Rs. 500000/- invested & reedeemed after two months & then invested in othwer mutual funds-pls answer this question
Whether turnover u/s 44AD will be included in the turnover u/s 44AB of the act.

It can be shown as an investment activity. Department should not have any objection in that when it is getting tax on STCG.
