20 September 2013 Contribution to E.S.I.C = Rs. 43000,
[43000 include=15000(employee)+ 28000 (employer)]
Contribution paid on 26.04.2013 then what amount should be reported for FY 12-13 in TAx Audit Report clause: 21, for payment before due date: 1> 28000 or 2> 43000(whole).

(Acc to Act's explaination any payment made by assessee as an employer has to be reported)

so does it include employee's contribution also or only employer's contribution for reporting in Tax Audit Report.

its all about contribution paid before due date but not in previous year. there reporting would include contribution as a whole or only employer??

21 September 2013 Please understand that the disclosure is only for month wise employee's contribution in the following format.
1) Month
2) Due date
3) Remittance date.
