Whether sales tax collected not paid to be disallowed u/s 43B. it is disclosed as sales tax payable in balance sheet. Is there any effect on disallowance if the assessee is not covered under 44AB

Can't be disallowed u/s 43B unless it is routed through profit and loss account. This position will not be changed if the assessee is not covered u/s 44AB.
