WHETHER 40 A(3) SECTION IS APPLICABLE TO EMPLOYEE'S SALARIES PAID IN CASH.

Salary in cash in excess of Rs 10,000 in circumstances other that Rule 6DD(j) shall be disallowed U/S 40A(3).
