Dear Experts,
My client has 5 houses in his own name, in New Delhi purchased by him by taking Loans (separate loan for each house) from Bank.
Now only one house is let out @ 50,000 Rs. per month, one house is self occupied and remaining 3 houses are vacant for the whole year.
How should i claim Interest for each Loan.
Please Sir/ Madam Reply ASAP

Ok Can you give the reasons to justify this means where it is written in the Act or is there any judgement on this.

refer sec 24(B) int ceiling of rs 1,50,000 is applicable only on sop for others there is no restriction.
