Listing fees paid to stock exchange is this is a payment on which Tds deduction required.If TDS deduction is require then on which section ? is this covered under section 194 J.

Stock exchange is providing a managerial service to the company. So ,as per my understanding, section 194J applies. Pl refer explanation (b) to section 194J(1) and explanation 2 to clause (vii) of section 9(1) of the Income tax Act,1961.
