Today I have received Intimation under section 143(1), but not shown any mismatch according with tally with my return. So can I do this statement.

No, Filing revised return is NOT possible now.

How to recetify the return after received the intimation. If found wrongly input value. Like Rs.100 input u/s 80TTA but wrongly input U/s 80GA how to rectify that type return.

once assessed u/s 143(1), rectification is NOT possible.
If you are very much sensitive and keen in doing so, you need to contact the Assessing Officer in person and explain the case. He may direct you to file the return manually. Try it out if the stake is worth doing it.
