Loan from director comes under which section?? Will it be shown U/s 301... Loan to director is U/s 295..

Section 295 deal with Loan to director. Section 301 deal with Register of Director in which details of directors including loan is required to be given.
Section 291 and 292 of the Companies Act, 1956 deal with making loan.
