For the limit of 100000 under 194 DA any receipt before 01.10.2014 will be counted or ignored

For checking the threshold limit of Rs. 1,00,000 payment before 1.10.2014 will be taken since the proviso to the said section used the word 'during the financial year' which may be understood as beginning from 1.4.2014.
