In case of 80 DD , if death of dependent is occurred in mid of year, then can we claim deduction of Rs. 50000 as general disability.

Hi,
Yes you can claim the deduction u/s. 80DD. As per sec. 80DD if you incured any expenditute for medical, training of disabled dependent then you are entitled for the deduction of Rs. 50,000/-. In my opinion even if the disabled dependent expire on the 1st april, even though you can claim the deduction u/s. 80DD.
