COVERED BUSINESS ARE BUSINESS OF PLYING, HIRING OR LEASING GOODS CARRAIGES.
IT DOES NOT COVER PAINTING OR INTERIOR DECORATION.

Well, section 44AD upto AY 2010-11 includes only the business of civil construction or supply of labour for civil construction work. But from the AY 2011-12 it will be applicable to any business -whether retail trading or civil construction or any other business.
Interior decoration is covered u/s 44AA as specified profession.
Business of Hiring /Plying /Leasing of Goods Carriages are covered u/s 44AE and not u/s 44AD

Tax deducted at 1%......
Assessed and Refund allowed........
I dont really know whether it is covered or not.........
