we are paying service tax on receipt basis and cenvat on payment basis. since we are not liable to pay service tax at the time of booking sales,will the service tax amount not paid due to non receipt of service tax under sec 43B of Income Tax Act, 1961. please reply immediately its uegent

If the ST collection and payment is not routed through the P & L account question of 43B does not arise.
