please let me know weather pooja materials amounting to Rs.28000/- is allowed under Sec 40 a 3

11 April 2014 If such expenses incurred by cash on a single day with a single bill for the one person and it is debited to P&L account then section 40A(3) shall attract.

12 April 2014 I already told you if that expenditure is revenue nature and debited to P&L account and incurred in cash then it is disallow expenditure u/s 40A(3).
