CAN A INDIVIDUAL HAVING SALARY INCOME AVAIL DEDUCTION FOR THE EXPENDITURE MADE TO AN ORAGANISATON REGISTERED UNDER SEC.35AC.
AND IS THIS DEDUCTION IS APART FROM THE DEDUCTION AVAILABLE UNDER SEC 80(C) 100000/-

No because 35AC is a deduction for those carrying on business or profession.

what is difference between 35AC AND 80GGA
is these two section are inter-related?

35AC can only be available to the business class of people and 80GGA relates to Scientific research whereas 35AC can be for any project for social up fitment. 35AC is available both to the receiver as well as the donor where as the 80GGA is available to the person who is making investment or expenses on scientific research

Sections from 28 to 44 are applicable to the business incomes only. Hence section 35AC benefit is not available..
