20 January 2011 Dear friends i am having a query on the Sec.234B calculation. Query is when a company got assessment order u/s 143(3) what is the period of computation of interest. i.e whether it is from first day of the assessement year to the date of assessment order u/s 143(3) or date of passing of order u/s 143(1)....

please clarify in this regard.
