Can anyone please suggest any simple notes for ca final(existing course)sebi guidelines for may 2010 exam.i have munish bhandari's book but the sebi guidelines in it are very difficult to comprehend.so plz tell me as fast as possible.

I think sebi G.L. are well explained in munish book. All you have to do is develop a reasonable understanding of SEBI G.L.
Try and arrange some coaching class notes and discuss the GL with your friends.
