when a company receives any disclosure from the shareholders under the regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acqisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 2011 and Disclosure under regulation 13(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, what are the documents that the company need to submit to the Stock Exchange?

As per Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regualtion, 2011 , company need not require to submit any documents to Stock Exchange. Obligation to comply with Disclosure requirement is the responsibility of the Acquirer.
In case of Disclosure under regulation 13(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 i.e FORM C, the company need to forward the aforesaid FORM C so received to the Stock Exchange within 2 working days as per Regulation 13(6) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992
In case of Disclosure under regulation 13(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 i.e FORM C, the company need to forward the aforesaid FORM C so received to the Stock Exchange within 2 working days as per Regulation 13(6) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992
