As per schedule XIII Long terms Loans payable after one year means ????????

Hi
Lon term loan means loan payable after a period of 12 months and it will taken from the last year Balance Sheet. Means if you are calculating today on March 29,2012 then the data will be taken from the financial year ending March 31, 2011.
