07 June 2012 while filing Form 17, under the column of charge creation Id, which Id should be given, charge creation id or modification id because its only after giving modification id that all the columns are prefilled like that of date of creation of charge and date of last modified.

In case first time charge creation an ID is generated by ROC and this ID will continue until you satisfied your loan under this ID.

In your case U have made modification on your earlier ID and charge ID will be same at the time of creation and modification so u will use the ID of modification/creation in your Form-17 after putting ID the details will automatically shown in your Form-17.
