05 November 2012 Dear All,

We have taken Term Loan with Vatva Branch, and our charge was registered with ROC for Vatva branch. Our account was transferred to S.M. Road Branch but we have paid the full amount to Vatva Branch in full. So in fact there was no Transfer. Now we need to get a Charge satisfaction Letter from S.M. Road branch as it is easier to get letter from an Online banking Branch. Suggest whether it is proper or not?

And more for Filing Form 17 we don't have charge ID with us. How can we get the charge ID?

If you have registered your charge with ROC then charge ID will be aailable on MCA portal under Index of charge category.

You can get the details of charge ID from that.

05 November 2012 Thanks Ajay... But the Charge is not Shown Here as the Charge is very old in the year 1992. Even in the Search Report it is written as Charge ID is to be created.. Can u let me know how it can be created . As without Charge ID we cannot fill Form 17 ?

Without ID you can not satisfied your charge by Form-17, i will suggest you to inspect the soft and hard documents of the company maintained with ROC for knowing the charge ID.

Please confirm,whether you have filed Form-8 with ROC at the time of creation of charge on the said matter.
