My pan which allotted in 2004 I have returned file last 10 years . But department mistakrly my pan issue to other assessee .
So my consultant issue new pan .
I have mistakly income tax deposit online in old pan.
My refund amount in old not received so please guidme

07 April 2018 you will have to approach the jurisdictional AO to resolve this matter. Carry your bank statement showing payment of the relevant tax, proof of PAN being allotted to another person etc.
