Dear sir,
My company has two director where one is resident in india and other is non-resident. I have to get sign in forms with both for sales tax registration?
Pls clarify at the earliest.

Obtained authorization from Board in the meeting and in case of absence of Director can held Meeting by Postal Balot or Consent obtained by passing Resolution by Circulation.
