Interstate sales on Form 'D'is applicable or not , IF not applicale since when and in this case what is the tax to be charged

INTERSTATE SALES UNDER FORM "D" IS APPLICABLE
28 December 2008
Form D is omitted w.e.f 1/4/2007 and accordingly sales to Government is taxable at local vat rate.
