Salary income with stipened

I am article and get stipened. whether i can do part time job that is only on saturday or sunday basis. if yes, whether i can show this income under head 'salary'..

If you want to go for a part time job or work, first you have to get the permission from the institute and your principal.... the part time job or work do not crossed the office working hours... atleast you have to work for 35 hours in a week.... if you want to disclose the income without getting the permission it will be a big problem for your carrier....

If you work for Min. 35Hrs, It's sufficient.
