11 March 2024 As an accountant, I am deducting TDS under section 192 from the salary received by the person from both the trust and the two companies. Please advise if this approach is appropriate.

Additionally, can an individual receive a salary from two different companies simultaneously?

12 March 2024 there is no statutory or tax issue here. The employment contract of any of the trust or company may have constraints on additional employment but that does not create any tax issue as such.

12 March 2024 makes no difference. The only restriction that may come could be from employment contracts. But that does not have any impact on the taxation part.
