Salary and consultancy

I had worked in a firm for 6 months last year, and then resigned and took up job as a consultant for a firm. I would like to know how do I show my income from salary and consultancy while filing my returns. I have received form 16 A from the second firm. Will the income from consultancy come under "Income from other sources"

Consultancy will be coming under Professional Income, so cannot show under Other sources Income.
