Dear Sir,
i Have One Query That,
i joint My organisation on may 2010-
my Salary Also Start From May ending-2010-
my p.a Salary--132000 rs--,
Now company decided that All employee salary Will Ones Increment from April 2012--
So I got New Salary from aug 2011- Ending i.e 242000 p.a --its effect from may 2011
can u Say Wat is My p.m salary--
