02 October 2009 As per rule 3(5) (i.e. about valuation in respect of free or concessional education facility to any member of employee 's houshold) where the education institution is itself maintained & owned by the employer then perq shall be cost of education for similar intiution

Will it be only chargable to spceified employee?
