16 June 2016 how should I design salary structure of employees so that they have to pay minimum tax..? mostly falls under 30% tax bracket.

Please include the following components in the salary to minimise the incidence of tax on the employee:
1. House rent allowance
2. Fuel reimbursement
3. Driver reimbursement
4. Medical reimbursement
5. Transport allowance
6. Telephone bill reimbursement
7. Leave travel allowance
