Sir i have filled return for FY 12-13 by more than Rs.800.00 as compare to salary certificate. what i will do reply urgent

If the return was filed within due date then you can file revised return u/s 139(5).
Revised return can be filed within 1 year from the end of relevant assessment year or the completion of assessment whichever is earlier. Belated return can not be revised.

No. TDS return is not the criteria. Dont worry your case won't be selected for scrutiny due to this reason.
