We are a Pvt Ltd Co., as per budget 2012, whether we are required to file service tax return monthly ?

If yes what are the due dates for that ?

05 April 2012 In D. O. F. No 334/1/2012-TRU dated 16/3/2012 published by CBEC ,I also saw a sentence viz., the cycle of tax payment and return filing is made uniform. I didn't understand the said concept fully for want of details.
