WHAT IS CO RELATION AMONG THE SECTION 125 TO 130 ?

Section 125 deal with, type of charge and creation of charges and Form-8 to be filed with ROC.
Section 130 deal, when Form-8 is filed they will maintain there after register of Charge of a company. Now it is available on MCA portal regarding deatila of charge of the company.
