Is INCOME FROM SALE OF RURAL AGRICUTURAL LAND IS TAXABLE UNDER THE HEAD OF LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN & TOTAL INCOME ?

Rural agri land is not capital asset hence no capital gains applicable.
