Our Firm has worked as an auditor for a company for 6 years till 2013-14 and we resigned as auditors .Now can we be appointed as the auditors in that company ? or we have to wait for completion of 5 years.

Every auditor should hold the office for a period of 5 years. You need to wait for completion of 5 years period.
