Hi Sir/Madam, please explain the meaning of following problem.
Remarks:
TM INFRINGEMENT IN THE PERTINENT CLASS...SUBMIT FRESH NAMES Form should be resubmitted by 21/06/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record.

The name applied for is already registered under THE TRADE MARKS ACT,1999 hence will not be allotted and, therefore, the applicant is requested to resubmit the e-form INC 1 with fresh names.
