Is it necessary to attestation of documents and annexture by any Gazetted Officer. Or self attested is OK for that.

1. Self attestation on documents like address and identity proof.
2. Affidavit in annexure -1 should in non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- and has to be notarized.
