06 March 2017 Hi ,

When I am trying to attach DSC or do a presrutiny, I am getting a msg OCSP revocation checking. And it is going on for quite some time. Earlier it was not there. Can somebody help me what to do about this?

07 March 2017 Thank You Sir. I would need another advise. I need to file ROC forms from FY 2011-12. Now which form will I file for FY 12-13 and 13-14 for auditors appointment? Pls let me know if this is right.

22 July 2025 Here’s the clarity on your ROC filing queries for FY 2012-13 and onwards:

FY 2012-13:

Annual Return — Form 20B (for private limited companies)

Financial Statements — Forms AOC-4 and MGT-7 (earlier versions may apply depending on MCA system)

Auditor Appointment — Usually, the appointment made at the AGM held during that year is filed via Form ADT-1.

FY 2013-14:

You mentioned GLN2 — there is no standard ROC form named GLN2. Possibly a typo or confusion.

For auditor changes/appointments, the form to file is ADT-1.

Annual Return and financial statements would be filed in the usual forms (AOC-4, MGT-7 or updated versions like eForm 23AC/23ACA and 20B).

FY 2014-15:

Auditor appointment/change filing would be ADT-1 as applicable.

Annual return and financials filing accordingly.

Summary:
Auditor appointment/change is filed using Form ADT-1 whenever there's a change or new appointment of auditor.

Form 20B is for Annual Return.

Form 23AC/23ACA or AOC-4 is for Financial Statements.

Note: Always check MCA portal for the latest e-form versions as they keep updating the forms.

Regarding the OCSP revocation checking delay when attaching DSC — switching to Adobe Reader X (or sometimes Adobe Reader 11) usually helps as newer versions sometimes cause this hang due to OCSP checks. Alternatively, disabling OCSP checking in Adobe preferences (not recommended unless you know what you’re doing) can help speed things up.
