Our pvt. Company having
authorized capital of 10 Lakh pls tell
Me on filing form AOC 4 and MGT 7
Will i have to pay only 400 ROC fees
or more then 400

15 December 2016 ROC Normal Fees will be 400 INR per document (each for AOC-4 & MGT-7) for a company having nominal capital(authorised) of INR 5,00,000 to 24,99,999.

However, additional fees would also levy.

Table for additional fees:
Period of delays- Fee applicable
Up to 30 days-2 times of normal fees
More than 30 days and up to 60 days-4 times of normal fees
More than 60 days and up to 90 days-6 times of normal fees
More than 90 days and up to 180 days-10 times of normal fees
More than 180 days-12 times of normal fees

Note:
No. of days delayed shall be calculated from 29 October.

16 December 2016 Sir i am Not talking about Addition fees.
My Query :- assume we have file Annual return before due date in this scenario weather Rs. 400 for AOC 4 and 400 for MGT 7 total 800 will be paid or not? If we file annual return before due date

16 December 2016 Yes, normally INR 400 each for AOC-4 & MGT-7 (total 800) shall required to be paid for the discussed Capital slab.
