PLEASE TELL ME ROC FILLING FEE FOR FORM ADT-1, AND ANNUAL FORMS WITH LATE FEES
PLEASE TELL ME ROC FILLING FEE FOR FORM ADT-1, AND ANNUAL FORMS WITH LATE FEES

ADT-1 needs to be filed with in 15 days from date of AGM
23AC AND ACA needs to be filed with in 30 days of AGM
20B needs to be uploaded with in 60 days of AGM
For every 15 days delay additional fee will be levied twice the normal fee applicable.
