A company registered on 17 January 2018, Started its business and opened Bank Accounts from 19 March 2018...do they required to get their Annual Accounts submitted to ROC. Thanks in advance

yes. audit is compulsory for all companies under companies act 2013

* No need to submit annual accounts to ROC for the period from 17-03-2018 to
31-03-2018.
* The first annual accounts of the said company for ROC can be from 17-03 2018
to 31-03 2019.
Inference :- Section 2(41) of Co's Act,2013.
