Dear Sir,
There has been a delay in filing ADT1 by my company.
If i file it now will there be a penal charge or the company law settlement scheme applicable till 31.12 applicable for Adt1 too?

1. Delay attracts 'additional filing fee'.
2. CLSS,2014 doesn't apply to filing of e-form ADT-1.
