i would like to know where to fill the loss of reserves & Surplus in form 23ac of roc as per new format of bs as on 31-03-2012

Negative figure in Reserve & Surplus field is allowed, i have check and filled the same.

Pleae check again.... for this the complaint has been lodged to Ministry and the ministry has resolved the same. Not negative figure will be allowed in this column.
