What is the rule of issuing road permit.It is compulsory or not?

Road permit is require for Tea Sample?

03 February 2012 Road permits rules are covered by the State Acts. Normally , in most o f the states , road permit are required for receiving the goods in the state. In some cases also the state ask for issuance of Road permit for outside the state movement from inside the state.

You need to apply to the VAT authority to collect the Way bills and sent it to the Vendor/supplier. After due acknowledgement at the check post ,the same is also require to be submitted back
