Can i revise a late filed eTDS return??? Please mention the relevant provision

27 July 2011 e- TDS return can be revised in case genuine mistakes are found. Basically, these are to be filed for providing credit to the deductees.

27 July 2011 Yes. Even if TDS return is filed belatedly you can revise it, there is no restriction on it. So that the amount you have deducted and deposited gets credited against the PAN of respective deductee and the same is reflected in their 26AS.
