Can form 704 be revised. If yes what is the procedure.?? URGENT

FORM 704 CANNOT BE REVISED AT ALL.
I can give you one suggestion.
If you have uploded any annexure or schedule wrongly then submit a coorected copy of the said annexure or schedule along with part A of audit report.
