we have file tds return for AY 2009-10 in case of salary. Now we want to revise the return due to change in Chapter VI-A deduction of certain employees. In this case, can we file revise return? or is there any provision regarding 'tds return can not be revised for chapter vi-a'.

no you can file the revised return there is no such provisions.
The details of chapter VIA is covered by Qtr-IV return so you need to file revised return of Qtr VI only.
