03 July 2012 can we file revised Service tax return for October11 to March12 upto 25th July 2012?

For revision is there any different ST-3 is available or the same ST-3 as we filled in H2-11-12 is to be revised?

03 July 2012 90 days is the time limit for revising the return. Kindly approach the jurisdictional range for filing the revised return with penalty, if any. Same ST 3 has to be filed. The revised return in triplicate has to be submitted to the range with dated acknowledgement.
